  • D.J. Rezac, President & Owner, oversees all aspects of KB Building Services, including janitorial, floor care, carpet cleaning and construction clean-ups. DJ has a hands-on approach to business and has daily contact with property managers and tenants. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is bilingual.

    Channing Johnson, Chief Operating Officer, oversees the daily operations of KB Building Services and is the main contact for tenants and management.  Channing also handles all aspects of marketing. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

    Henrietta Morse, Director of Finances, handles the functions of payroll, billing and attendance maintenance. Henrietta is one of the two founders of KB Building Services and has over 20 years of experience.

    Elizabeth Matthews, Director of Human Resources, handles the functions of employment and training. Elizabeth works diligently at ensuring the hiring of quality employees that align with the culture of KB.  She also is the head of training all new hires and current employees.

    Gordon Wehner, Division Manager, manages the carpet, floor and construction clean-up crews. Gordon also handles the selling and scheduling of all specialized services.

    Lori Klatt, Director of Quality Control, completes quality control on-site walkthroughs of all Class A facilities to ensure the cleanliness quality is consistent and satisfactory. Lori is also a KB founder and has over 20 years of experience.

    Lucina Tlatenchi, Director of Field Operations, manages multiple buildings and those respective crews. Lucina also manages the three area supervisors that work from 5:00pm-1:30am. She is the head communicator between the crews, KB office staff and building management. She is bilingual and has over 15 years experience.
