D.J. Rezac, current owner, oversees all aspects of daily operations. He is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. D.J. has a hands-on approach to business and has daily contact with tenants and employees. D.J. and our supervisors are all bilingual.

Henrietta Morse is one of the KB founders and is currently Office Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry. She fields customer service requests while handling the daily administration of the office.

Lori Klatt is one of the KB founders and is currently the Director of Quality Control. She has more than 20 of experience in the cleaning industry. Lori performs inventory and quality checks allowing KB to stay proactive in our approach to handling all quality concerns.

Brad Janssen, a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, is President of KB Carpet Cleaning. He is committed to make KB an industry leader in carpet care.

Lucina Tlatenchi is Director of Field Operations and has been with KB since 1995. She helps oversees 75 buildings and over 100 employees and maintains our promise to "protect your image".
