KB Building Services is a family owned company that was built on customer service. We take pride in our ability to keep each customer focused on their business, not on cleaning. We are committed to provide our customers with consistent, reliable services at the best possible price.

Our company has been providing professional building services to the Omaha area for the past 25 years, and just recently began providing services in the Lincoln area. KB Building Services views all customers as partners, and we understand the importance of trust and proactive communication.

As a service company, we emphasize the hiring, training and retention of quality employees. Our well supervised staff use quality cleaning products, much of which are Green Seal Certified, and equipment in cleaning, which is reflected in our results. We have a full office staff and are available during the day, as well as after hours for emergency services and special requests. Most of our staff is bilingual and our supervisors are on-site, monitoring our facilities, on a nightly basis.  We also have a Director of Quality Control that completes monthly walkthroughs of facilities ensuring that all cleaning standards are being met.
